By purchasing and using any of my graphics you agree that you have read my terms.
Whether you have read terms or not, you are expected to abide by them.
All purchased graphics are Š Sketchpad Pixels.
My graphics are not public domain.
No Snagging.
The sale of all graphics are final, with no exceptions.
You must not alter the graphic in any way.
These graphics are for your personal use only,
My Sigtags, Premades, Websets are not to be sold from your site, or used to make tubes, lineart ect...
Tubes/Outlines offered from my site for sale may be used to make sigtags, premades, websets, they may not be added to your members area without purchasing as is licenses. Payments are made through Paypal only. Terms for tubes and lineart are posted in link just above tube and lineart page, {PLEASE READ THEM}
There must be a visible link on all pages where my graphics are displayed linking back to my site.
All site using my graphics must have a family friendly site.
The no right click and the disable image toolbar script must be on all pages using my graphics.
Please email me to order.
Send your Web address, email, Section graphic is listed in, price of graphic, and the name under the graphic.
Once you have been approved,
I will send you a request through Paypal for payment.
You will have three days to pay for graphics,
Or they will be put back up for sale..
If you can not pay through paypal within three days,
please send me an email and let me know.
I'll be more than happy to hold the graphics for a few more days.
All I ask is that you let me know what is going on.
Please don't leave me waiting for a week or more with no contact.
I think i'm being more than fair, I hope you understand.
Also If I find you are not abiding by my terms, you will be asked to remove my graphics from your site.
No refunds will be given.
